Both UAE markets finished higher today.
The DFM index finished 0.91% higher on strong volume. The DFM itself was the top traded stock closing at 3.20 dirhams a rise of 1.91% on volume of 140 million shares.

The ADSM index finished 0.34% higher on average volume. ALDAR was the top traded stock closing at 7.10 dirhams a rise of 2.90% on volume of 47 million shares.

In other news it was reported NASDAQ was in a hurry to dispose of its LSE share holding to concentrate on the OMX bid. QATAR and Singapore were apparently interested in aquiring the LSE stake. It seems Borse Dubai has some competition.
