Dubai Financial Market
The DFM index closed at 5,316 today a rise of 0.54% from the previous close. 285 million shares were traded worth 1 billion dirhams. Fifteen shares advanced and nine declined.
AJMANBANK dominated trading rising 6.47% to 3.47 dirhams on volume of 142 million shares.
Other shares to rise included: Arabtec (ARTC) 18.50 (4.81%), AIRARABIA 1.63 (0.61%), DFM 4.84 (0.20%), Dubai Investments (DIC) 3.70 (2.20%) and Emaar Properties (EMAAR) 10.30 (1.47%).
Shares to fall included: DEYAAR 2.05 (0.48%) and Shuaa Capital (SHUAA) 6.55 (4.37%).
GULFNAV finished steady on 1.60 dhs.
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADX index closed at 4,952 a rise of 0.55% from the previous close. 111 million shares were traded worth 571 million dirhams. Twenty three shares advanced and twelve declined.
AGTHIA topped trading rising 2.14% to 2.86 dirhams on volume of 24 million shares.
Other shares to rise included: Aldar Properties (ALDAR) 12.05 (0.42%), Aabar Petroleum (AABAR) 4.67 (1.08%), Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA) 2.85 (2.15%), RAK Cement (RAKCC) 3.69 (2.50%) and Etisalat (ETISALAT) 20.00 (1.01%).
