Dubai Financial Market
The DFM closed at 5,472 a rise of 0.92% from the previous close. 133 million shares were traded worth 665 million dirhams. Seventeen shares advanced and six declined.
The top traded share was DEYAAR rising 2.58% to 2.38 dirhams on volume of 17 million shares traded.
Other shares to rise included: AIRARABIA 1.91 (1.05%), Arabtec (ARTC) 13.90 (0.72%), Du Telecom (DU) 5.93 (4.03%), Emaar Properties (EMAAR) 11.15 (1.36%) and GULFNAV 1.62 (0.62%).
Shuaa Capital (SHUAA) fell 1.00% to 7.89 dirhams on modest volume.
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADSM closed at 4,853 a rise of 0.22% from the previous close. 106 million shares were traded worth 566 million dirhams. Twelve shares advanced and twenty one declined.
The top traded share was ARKAN rising 0.94% to 4.31 dirhams on volume of 25 million shares traded.
Other shares to rise included: Oasis Leasing (OILC) 2.36 (1.29%) and Etisalat (ETISALAT) 21.90 (1.15%).
Shares to fall included: Dana Gas (DANA) 2.04 (0.97%), RAK Properties (RAKPROP) 2.25 (1.32%)
