Dubai Financial Market
The DFM closed at 5,458 a rise of 0.45% from the previous close. 361 million shares were traded worth 1.6 billion dirhams. Eighteen shares advanced and nine declined.
The top traded share was AIRARABIA rising 1.05% to 1.91 dirhams on 83 million shares traded.
Other shares to rise included: ARAMEX 2.84 (4.02%), DEYAAR 2.44 (2.09%), DFM 5.34 (0.94%), Emaar Properties (EMAAR) 11.35 (0.88%), GULFNAV 1.60 (3.22%), Tabreed (TABREED) 2.53 (4.11%) and Tamweel (TAMWEEL) 7.15 (3.92%).
Shares to fall included: AMAN 28.00 (0.88%), Arabtec (ARTC) 11.40 (5.78%) and Amlak Finance (AMLAK) 4.35 (0.22%).
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADSM closed at 4,693 a rise of 1.73% from the previous close. 257 million shares were traded worth 1.14 billion dirhams. Thirty six shares advanced and eight declined.
The top traded share was Dana Gas (DANA) rising 4.69% to 2.23 dirhams on turnover of 57 million shares.
Other shares to rise included: Aabar Petroleum (AABAR) 3.36 (3.09%), ARKAN 4.24 (1.44%), WAHA 2.39 (1.70%), Etisalat (ETISALAT) 20.45 (2.05%), RAK Properties (RAKPROP) 2.18 (3.81%) and Sorouh Real Estate (SOROUH) 9.09 (4.97%).
AKIC 2.36 (1.26%) was the only share to fall on significant volume.
