Dubai Financial Market
The DFM index finished the day on 4,443 a slight gain of .13%. 110 million shares changed hands worth 382 million dirhams. Thirteen shares advanced and three declined.
GULFNAV 1.28 and DFM 3.22 again dominated trading volumes comprising nearly 70% of shares traded on the day. They both finished unchanged.
Shares that rose on the day included Arab Insurance Group (ARIG) 3.15 (5%), WARE 22.40 (4.4%), ARABTEC 6.06 (1.0%) and Dubai Investments PJSC (DIC) 4.64 (.86%).
Shares that fell on the day included Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) 9.96 (.30%) and Shuaa Capital PJSC (SHUAA) 5.13 (.96%).
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADSM index finished the day on 3587 a rise of .88%. 370 million shares changed hands worth 723 million dirhams. Twenty nine shares advanced and twelve declined.
Oasis International Leasing Company PJSC (OILC) 1.42 was the most heavily traded share comprising 35% of all shares traded finishing up 5.84%. ARKAN 1.70 and Dana Gas PJSC (DANA) 1.68 were also heavily traded both finishing up over 4%.
Other shares to rise on the day included Ras Al Khaimah Properties PJSC (RAKPROP) 1.65 (3.13%) and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) 2.81 (2.18%).
Shares that declined on the day all on small volume included ADAVIATION 2.28 (.44%), Aldar Properties PJSC (ALDAR) 7.03 (.14%) and Invest Bank (INVESTB) 2.64 (4.0%).
