Dubai Financial Market
The DFM index closed at 4,715 a fall of 0.61% from the previous close. 103 million shares were traded worth 459 million dirhams. Eight shares advanced and eleven declined.
The top traded share was AIRARABIA, closing steady at 1.52 dirhams on turnover of 19 million shares.
Shares to rise included: Amlak Finance (AMLAK) 3.62 (2.54%), Islamic Arab Insurance (IAIC) 2.26 (1.80%), Union Properties (UPP) 3.85 (1.31%) and AMAN 2.90 (0.34%).
Shares to fall included: Arabtec (ARTC) 14.55 (0.34%), DFM 3.71 (0.26%), Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) 7.04 (1.81%) and Emaar Properties (EMAAR) 9.00 (0.66%).
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADX index closed at 4,350 a fall of 0.17% from the previous close. 91 million shares were traded worth 495 million dirhams. Sixteen shares advanced and thirteen declined.
Aabar Petroleum (AABAR) was the top traded share rising 5.33% to 3.95 dirhams on volume of 21 million shares traded.
Other shares to rise includee: Etisalat (ETISALAT) 17.90 (0.85%), METHAQ 8.41 (1.20%), Sorouh Real Estate (SOROUH) 7.08 (0.78%) and Commercial Bank International (CBI) 3.34 (2.45%).
Shares to fall included: First Gulf Bank (FGB) 22.10 (3.91%) and Aldar Properties (ALDAR) 9.26 (0.64%).
