Emaar Properties PJSC (EMAAR) had the top traded value spot with AED 458m dhs of turnover and an encouraging 2.3% rise. It was one of the "buy" recommendations in a Goldman Sachs report this week.

Solid gains also for Union Properties PJSC (UPP) up 3.4%, Tamweel PJSC (TAMWEEL) up 3.2%, and Amlak Finance Company (AMLAK) up 2.8%.
