Dubai Financial Market
The DFM index ended the day at 3858 a slight fall of .36%. 372 million shares changed hands with a value of 1.2 billion dirhams. DFM shares (172m)again dominated trading representing 46% of all shares traded. GULFNAV slipped to third highest volume for the day.
The top gainers on reasonable volume included Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) 7.30 (1.8%) and Tamweel PJSC (TAMWEEL) 3.38 (1.2%).
The top decliners on reasonable volume included Union Properties PJSC (UPP) 2.61 (3.3%), DFM 2.83 (2.75%) and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (DU) 4.93 (1.4%).
Abu Dhabi Securities Market
The ADSM index had a quiet days trading ending at 3094 a gain of .11%. 66 million shares changed hands with a value of 243 million dirhams.
The top gainers on reasonable volume included Gulf Cement Company (GCEM) 5.93 (6.6%) and Sorouh Real Estate (SOROUH) 2.94 (1.73%).
The top decliners on reasonable volume included Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics (RAKCEC) 3.41 (3.9%) and Finance House PJSC (FH) 8.28 (3.5%).
